From the exceptional 2019 vintage, this 100% Hunter Shiraz shines bright. Produced from tiny parcels of hand picked fruit, enjoy the intense red garnet colour from a well ripened vintage. Classic dark plum and spice with a hint of dark florals and herbaceous depth on the nose. Generous ripe plummy fruit with supple tannin structure and soft acid. Silky finish to be enjoyed with heart warming and generous food. Will age with patience for 7+ years in good conditions
