Red Blend

Description

The art of blending different wine grape varieties in Australia is as old as the winemaking community itself. Utilising 100% estate grown fruit, we carefully mature the wine in lightly charred oak barrels which helps to compliment the subtle aromas of pepper, spices. Our blend of Shiraz and Malbec produce combine the flavours of red plum, blueberry, vanilla and cocoa. This is a medium bodied Hunter Valley Blend with a soft rounded tannic structure that is designed to be enjoyed young or cellar for up to 5 years.
